By sending the order, the customer sends SERINEX a proposal to purchase the selected product or products.
Sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 DL 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from SERINEX described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sale.
By submitting the order form you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
This order confirmation has the sole purpose of notifying the receipt of the electronic order and does not constitute formal acceptance of the order.
The invoiced price will be that indicated in the order confirmation which will be sent later by the SERINEX salespeople.
In view of the particular rapidity of market change, it is however possible that some offers or items have in the meantime been out of stock or have undergone particularly significant price changes.
In this case, we reserve the right to contact you as soon as possible to cancel the order (without penalties for both parties) and possibly propose an alternative product or price.
Any complaints must be addressed to SERINEX.
The sales contract between the customer and SERINEX is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law.
Returns of materials are accepted, without additional costs, only if originating from shipping errors attributable to our absence and in any case only after our. written acceptance.
In the event of a return not previously communicated and agreed upon, the full amount of the value of the returned goods will still be charged.
On any other return will be charged a fixed cost of € 25 and 15% of the value of the goods.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (consumer protection in contracts concluded at a distance) the right of withdrawal can be exercised by the Customer within and no later than 14 working days from the receipt of the ordered goods; the right of withdrawal belongs exclusively to the Customer - final consumer who buys for purposes unrelated to his economic and work activity and who therefore buys by communicating his Tax Code to the Supplier, together with the personal data.
Returns of materials must be agreed before being made.
Therefore, before returning the material it will be necessary to contact our offices at +39 0341 260 055 or send an e-mail with a request for authorization to return to the address email@example.com.
The material must be made intact in all its parts, including packaging and must not have undergone modifications or transformations.
The return must be made exclusively by the express courier indicated at the time of the authorization request.
Exclusion from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the customer who purchases for purposes related to his work (e.g. resale etc.) and who therefore communicates his VAT number to the supplier.
The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the following cases:
Purchase of packaged products, the original packaging of which has been tampered with or damaged by the Customer.
Purchase products whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the Supplier is unable to control.
Purchase of goods made to measure or personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be sent back or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending the customer, within the period indicated above, a registered letter or certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to the owner of the site.
This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:
• The document number (invoice - transport document) for which the withdrawal is exercised.
• The express will of the Customer to want to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract.
• The description and codes of the items for which the right of withdrawal is exercised.
• Copy of the purchase document (invoice - transport document) relating to the order subject to withdrawal.
• Client's bank details (current account, ABI, CAB, account holder if different from Client).
• Return motivation
In the absence of the described requirements, the Supplier will not be able to recognize the customer's right of withdrawal. For the correctness of the relationship, the Customer undertakes to store and keep with the utmost care and diligence the products received and for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, keeping them intact together with the original, internal and external packaging. Following the receipt of the registered letter with which the Customer communicates his will to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Supplier, having verified the correspondence to the above requirements, will communicate by e-mail to the Customer the number (called DDR) to carry out the return. of products to the Supplier. The Customer undertakes to return the products for which the right of withdrawal was exercised no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the communication of the GDR by sending the goods to the supplier with transport at his expense and taking care to indicate clearly on the part outside the packaging the DDR number. The costs and risks of transport for the return are the full responsibility of the customer. The return of products that are not intact, deteriorated or without original accessories or equipment, will not be accepted by the Supplier and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs. Once the Supplier has received the goods in accordance with the above and carried out the necessary checks, he will proceed with the refund to the Customer in the shortest possible time.
It is understood that SERINEX does not assume any responsibility inherent to the use that the customer intends to make of the purchased goods.
In the event of defective or non-functioning goods or in case of delivery delays, SERINEX will not accept any penalty or charge, but will have the sole burden of replacing the defective article. In no case SERINEX will be held responsible for lost earnings due to the inability to use the products purchased.
